The Directors of Aggregates r us are all key players in the day to day operations of our business and are totally committed towards delivering continuous improvement in all and every aspect of our growing business.

Mark R Robinson

Mark has enjoyed over twenty years within the construction industry including overseeing and managing the sale of YBS to the Tarmac Group of Companies in 2002.

Mark was the former Managing Director of YBS and went on to be the Commercial Director of Tarmac Trupak 2002-2008. Mark is acknowledged with having over twenty years experience within the packed products market place.

Mark is a keen environmentalist and is always ensuring that compliance and common sense are used in unison to ensure that best practice really is best practice for customer / supplier and our very own environment.

Paul Shepherd

Paul Shepherd is accredited with a wealth of experience and accreditations relating to the packed products market place. Paul has worked within the construction industry for in excess of 15 years including seven years with Tarmac and eight years as a Director within the YBS group. Paul’s technical qualification and accreditation were gained via Manchester University. Paul is strongly focused towards the use of reusable energy and ensuring the development of the use of recycled products within manufacturing processes.

Martyn Butler

Martyn started his career within the power tool industry working as sales manager for Makita and Bosh before making the transition to quarried construction products. Martyn is well known within the Packed Products Market place and is regarded as an established authority on his chosen field of work. Martyns career to date includes seven years as National Sales Manager within Tarmac Packed Products.

Martyn is dedicated to providing a clear and transparent pricing policy to all our accounts with the added benefits that can only be delivered via a truly independent producer.

Rachel E Sheppard

Rachel’s career has embraced most aspects of financial management, covering domestic and international operations, over a period exceeding 20 years. This varied experience in a retail and Trade environment has proven to be invaluable in managing the Finance Strategy within Aggregates r us Ltd

With 20 years of experience in Financial management coupled with a very hands on approach allows Rachel to deal on a one to one basis with both customers and Vendors accounts across the very wide and varied channels that Aggregates r us Trade within.

Rachel is committed to developing Customer and supplier relationships using the very latest technology to ensure that all invoice and order processing is conducted in the most controlled and cost effective manor.

Joedy Cartwright

Joedy has vast experience in the sector having spent all her working life involved in the industry. From starting work in a junior administration role Joedy has had involvement in every aspect from order taking, pricing, invoicing and shipping. Joedy’s role is now to ensure that she continues to guide and develop the administration and internal sales team to ensure her passion of customer excellence is achieved by everyone.
